Just Who is Noel Fielding?

Most people will know Noel Fielding from his many roles in films and TV shows. Notable movies and stand-up comedy acts in the recent past include Horrid Henry: The Movie (in 2011), How Not To Live Your Life (in 2010), Bunny and The Bull (in 2009), The Mighty Boosh Live Future Sailors Tour (in 2009), I Spit on Your Grave (in 2010), Boosh Live (between 2008 and 2009), and The Mighty Boosh Live (in 2006). There is a highly anticipated TV show by the actor, Luxury Comedy. The comedy show is based on a psychedelic character and it is half animated and half filmed, with music that is provided by Kasabian’s Sergio Pizzorno. The show will be on E4 channel (from Channel 4) from January 2012. Notable TV appearances in the recent past were Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow (in 2011), Let’s Dance For Comic Relief (in 2011), The One Show (in 2011), The Big Fat Quiz of the Year (in 2010), and Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow (in 2010). Noel has won many awards, the first coming in 1998.

Noel Fielding was born on the 21st of May in 1973 in Westminster, London. Noel is an actor, an artist, and a comedian. Jack’s career started with stand-up comedy in the late 90s. His early appearance on TV shows him as having an animated stand-up routine that includes characters, surreal stories, songs, and physical comedy. The same can be seen in his work in the successful ‘The Mighty Boosh’.

Although most of Noel’s work has been on The Mighty Boosh, he has had small parts in several Channel 4 comedy programmes. Noel Fielding has appeared several times alongside Julian Barratt in these shows. Fielding has also had several roles on radio. He has appeared in several music videos such as Mint Royale’s ‘Blue Song’ and he held his first art exhibition in 2008.
